Total waterfowl around 2200. Average for this week in December is closer to 23,000. Only open water is a small pocket in the middle of 5C and at the 5C outlet in the closed area. Monthly high count of Herring
Gull and Rough-legged Hawk.

Are Friday Hunt at Roosevelt area Dec 18

lot of birds in the area Seen Gadwall, mallards, wood duck, shoveler and scaup.

A man on a mule and was check by a FWS officer!

I got 3 out of 4 in one hunt last year. That sh!t is nasty.

I am from NE Arkansas (Batesville) and you just missed out on some good duck hunting. My little bro, who gladly sent me lots of pics to rub it in, and his group killed 130 in 3 days last week.

What town are you going to?
